Yara Manager 2.2.0 Released

The 2.2.0 release of the Yara Manager has the following changes:
- Updated version number to match Yara Connector.
- Fixed uploading and validation of rules that depend on OpenSSL (e.g., using
pe.imphashin a condition). - Updated several third-party packages to prevent potential security issues.
- Some code cleanup.
